The Ocean Loop service is a B2C service intended solely for use by natural persons (individual human users) who own or operate eligible Fisker Ocean vehicles.

We do not offer or authorize use of the Service by businesses, commercial fleets, or corporate entities.

Service performance depends on factors beyond OV Loop's control, including but not limited to cellular coverage, software compatibility, network availability, and geographic location. The Service, including over-the-air (OTA) updates and diagnostics, is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-efforts basis and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues.
