We activate your Ocean's data line with T-Mobile. No action needed from you during this step.
⏱ 24–48 business hoursOnce your service is live, you'll receive an email invitation to opt in. After you confirm, your Ocean receives the update on a scheduled date.
⏱ 7–10 business days after Step 1After 2.2.3 is installed, you'll receive an email invite to join the O Loop app. Follow the in-app steps to connect your Ocean and enable Phone-as-Key.
⏱ After OS 2.2.3 is installedMost issues are resolved by reinstalling the latest version of the app.
